Comic-Con International announced Tuesday that Tsuneo Goda, internationally known Domo-kun (Dome), the creator of the character of pet will appear in the event of July in San Diego, courtesy of Dark Horse Comics. Goda had created to Domo-kun as the mascot of the Japanese public television NHK, and oversaw the shorts of image that the Japanese Studio Eclipse inc. animated.
Created new shorts of Domo's image for the fate of department store chain in the United States in 2008, and were created shorter for the chain store 7 - Eleven in 2009. TOKYOPOP published a graphic novel in English, full-color of the same year.
Other works of goda include the film Komaneko and PLUG, the new world, a project created in conjunction with Nissan Motors.
Comic - International runs from July 21 to July 24 at the San Diego Convention Center. You can find a complete list of guests on its Web site.
