The Asahi Shimbun newspaper announced the winners of the 15th annual Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize on Monday. The awards to commemorate the contributions of the pioneer of manga Osamu Tezuka (Astro Boy/Mighty Atom, Kimba the Emperor of León/white jungle, Phoenix, Black Jack), recognizing the sleeve to better follow his tradition.

Hyouge monkey, Mushi-Uta, Romae of hot springs and co-founder of Comiket Yoshihiro Yonezawa won last year's Awards.
