Adds Viz Comics film for Ghibli Arrietty film

The American publishing manga series Viz Media announced on Sunday that license the film comics to Hiromasa Yonebayashi and Arrietty of Studio Ghibli the borrower (Karigurashi no Arrietty) film on your panel's FanimeCon. The comics of film will begin in two volumes in North America in January 2012. (The film comics originally had sent in four volumes in Japan last August and September). That is the retail price suggested for the project has not been announced.

VIZ also indicated more arrietty works publications, but made no announcements specific version. The Deadline.com film news Web site reported in January that Disney will release the film in North American theaters next February.

The film of 2010 re-imagines borrowers from the novel by Mary Norton, moving the history in a suburb of Tokyo. The story revolves around Arrietty, a member of the "little people" who live in the floorboards of the House of the regular human family and their struggle to remain hidden from the human "beans".

Amazon lists Yakuza Cafe Boys-love Manga

The American Internet retailer Amazon.com is listed in a future English version of niños-amor manga / Shinano yaoi Omi Yakuza Cafe American publisher's Digital Manga Publishing (WMD) with a release on October 4, 2011 date. The description of the product indicates that the manga revolves around an innocent man who, after the death of the grandmother who raised him, is sent to an address where a single cup of coffee. DMP has not responded to the request of ANN's comment.

Amazon also shows a next collection press release yen for the innocent, a Japanese manga series created by the former Director General of studies Marvel and current President of production I.G. USA Avi Arad, director of anime Jun'ichi Fujisaku and Korean artist YaSung Ko. The series launched in Japan in October 2010; Yen Press announced that it would be to serialize the comic in its digital anthology Yen Plus.

The series revolves around a detective who, after being executed for a crime he didn't commit, is sent back to Earth with special powers to prevent similar killings of the innocent.

United States SyFy channel not ready Anime more after June 9

Programming online for the U.S. Syfy cable channel not listed currently no number after 9 June, although two show - Monster and Star Blazers: The Quest for Iscandar - are still in the middle of their careers. The channel shows seventh and eighth episodes of the monster, as well as episodes of 15th and 16th of Star Blazers June 9 beginning at 12: 30 a.m.

ANN is awaiting comments from Syfy, Viz Media, Manga Entertainment and entertainment of Voyager.

SyFy (then called Sci Fi) launched their anime block in 2007 under the name AniMonday. In 2008, the block moved to Tuesday and more recently moved to Thursdays. It has also changed the timing of the block; on June 9 the block will begin at 12: 30 in the morning, where he had previously started at 11: 00 or 11: 30 p.m.

Draft of training young animator Anime 4 selected for 2011

On Friday, the Association of Japanese animation (JAniCA) creators announced the four works of anime who each receive 38 million yen (about US $470,000) of the "2011 young animator formation project." Kadokawa, Dwango invest in each other to expand the tie

The mainstream Japanese company Kadokawa Group Holdings and the company's online services Dwango announced Thursday that they are investing in each other to expand the Alliance formed last October.

The two companies had already agreed to distribute eBooks of Kadokawa, movies, anime and other forms of content for media on Dwango services. Kadokawa Group Holdings is the parent company of the publishing house Kadokawa Shoten, ASCII Media Works, Fujimi Shobo and Enterbrain; Kadokawa Pictures is also the parent company of the company. DWANGO is the corporate home of Niwango, the company that runs the Nico Nico Douga video-sharing site.

As part of its expanded partnership, Dwango acquired 730,000 actions or 2.68% of shares of the Kadokawa group by 1,716,960,000 yen (about US $ 21,114,000). In return, Kadokawa Group Holdings acquired 16,800 actions or 8.48% of Dwango by 3,017,280,000 yen (US $ 37,104,000).

Kadokawa agreed to allow part of the content of its new e-book "Book Walker" service to be readable in the "Nico Nico Viewer" downloads of eBooks.

City of Korea Hunter Show licensed for the transmission of the Hulu United States

The SBS of speaker of Korean television annnounced on Wednesday that license its adaptation of the manga series of comedy of police action of Tsukasa Hojo City Hunter for distribution in the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand and Viet Nam. The series premiered on Wednesday in Korea of the South, and is running every Wednesday and Thursday at 9: 55 PM the original manga had already been adapted into four anime series of television, an anime film and several special television and video. ADV Films released the majority of these projects of anime in North America. Hojo since then pointed out a sequel of Angel Heart his manga City Hunter, and the manga has also been adapted for television anime. Martial arts of Hong Kong Jackie Chan played Saeba in an adaptation of Hong Kong of loose 1992 of City Hunter live action.

Manga creator alignment enumerated x jump magazine

Ninja Pléyades promotions, black Butler, streaming

Songs of Evangelion, another Anime win awards JASRAC

The Japanese society for rights of authors, composers and publishers (JASRAC) announced on Tuesday has given first place award in the recent JASRAC Awards "Zankoku na Tenshi no Teeze" ("thesis of a Cruel Angel"), the theme of the opening of the 1995-1996 television anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The song was sung by Yoko Takahashi, with lyrics by Neko Oikawa and composition by Hidetoshi Sato.

The song won the Gold Award for their ongoing royalties from sales online, pachinko and pachislo (pachinko hall slot) games, karaoke and other places in 2010: 15 years after its debut. The song gained renewed popularity with Hideaki Anno and Khara ongoing remake of four movies of the Gainax TV series.

Ninomiya Nodame manga release new jump X Mag

Creator of manga Nodame Cantabile Tomoko Ninomiya is the launch of a new series in jump X, a new journal of the Japanese Publisher Shueisha. Ninomiya will illustrate the cover of the first issue of the magazine. Website of the magazine now has a page preview (pictured right) which is account back to June 25.

The third issue of the journal of miracle Jump by Shueisha revealed plans for the new magazine this month. SHUEISHA describes x jump as a "pure manga magazine" - which is not typecast to any age range and gender. The Corda d'Oro ~ Prime passo ~ box to add multiple endings

The official site of the La Corda d'Oro ~ Prime passo ~ anime series announced Tuesday that a DVD of the anime box will be sent on November 23 with multiple endings of director Kojin Ochi.

29,400 Yen (about us $359) DVD box will include all episodes of TV 25 and the Special Edition DVD exclusive episode. A video of additional bonus, the table will include multiple endings with new animated sequences, in which the heroine wins the hearts of each of the seven male characters (Tsukimori, Tsuchiura, Shimizu, Hihara, Yunoki, Kanazawa, Osaki). The DVD will also have jackets illustrated by the designer of character Maki Fujioka and a brochure of luxury.

The television 2006 anime adapted the first game of La Corda d'Oro's line of Neo Romance of KOEI's oriented women dating simulation games, which also includes Angelique and Haruka: beyond of the sequence of time. The story takes place in a school where a girl named Kahoko receives a magic violin to compete in the program of the school music of elite.

A sequel, La Corda d'Oro ~ secondo passo ~, aired in the spring of 2009. CrunchyRoll has been transmitted both anime out of Japan since March 2009. VIZ Media published the 14th volume manga by Yuki Kure of the Corda d'Oro release in North America in September. Section23 Films released La Corda d'Oro ~ Prime passo ~ in two collections of DVD last year.

Delay Hellsing Ultimate VIII adds Petit Extra of Anime

The Japanese distributor of Geneon Universal Entertainment Video announced Tuesday that the eighth volume in the series of video anime Hellsing Ultimate will send in Japan disk Blu-ray and DVD July 27 with a "petit anime" additional. (The French term "petit" often is used to describe the "super-deformed" or "chibi" characters). Personnel previously planned volume for June 22.

The anime staff cited the effects of the catastrophe of the great earthquake of Eastern Japan (Higashi Nihon plain) in the already close production program and the desire of resumes as reasons for the delay of a month.

The eighth volume of Hellsing Ultimate marks the beginning of the third and final season, which will have three volumes. Studies of Graphinica and Kelmadick are the animation of the third season, after Satelight and MADHOUSE animation above. (GONZO the 2001–2002 anime animated series that also adapted manga by Kouta Hirano's Hellsing). Geneon Entertainment (USA) Inc. once distributed both projects of anime Hellsing, but Funimation is now distributing them.

The "petit anime" extra and the versions of crédito-menos of the opening and ending animation sequences come in an independent a first limited edition bonus album. The first edition will also include a 12 page booklet.

Inumarudashi - Manga gets Flash Anime of weekly Shōnen Jump

The Edition this year 23 of weekly Shonen Jump from Shueisha is announcing on Monday Inumarudashi of which Koji Oishi: school gag comedy manga is being adapted into a Flash project anime. Yu Kobayashi will play Inumaru-kun, and Haruna Kondo of the duo comedy Harisenbon will play Tamako-sensei. The study of meeting (30-sai no Hoken Taiiku, tone to Issho) will produce the anime.

The story revolves around the antics of a kindergarten called Inumaru-kun boy and the teacher of preschool new Tamako-sensei.

The Weekly Shonen Jump manga magazine in 2008. A "Vomic", a sequence of still frames of the manga with vocals added, it was produced in 2009, except Ayaka Saito and Yurin played Inumaru-kun and Tamako-sensei, respectively. More details about the new Flash anime will be provided in future issues of weekly Shonen Jump.

Mamoru Yokota FanimeCon Hosts Rune soldier in California

FanimeCon announced illustrator Rune soldier Louie Mamoru Yokota will return to the Convention of 27 to 30 may in San Jose, California for the second consecutive year.

Yokota provided the illustrations for the light novels Rune soldier Louie and then later had provided the designs of characters for the anime adaptation. "Take off," the blue Exorcist ending the song with Korean dance male vocal group 2 PM, selling 59,000 copies (rounded to the nearest thousand) to debut at # 4 singles ranking of Oricon sales for the week of 16 to 22 May. It has the highest first week sales of any single by a group of Korean in Japan.

Detective Conan drama announced

Next week issue of weekly shonen magazine Sunday will formally announce that a live-action Detective Conan TV series midnight will premiere on July 7. The primary staff and cast of last April live-action TV special are to reunite for the TV series.
Gosho Aoyama was specials Detective Conan manga series also in live action TV 2006 & 2007 adapted. Shun Oguri played protagonist Shinichi Kudo played during the 2011 special Junpei Mizobata these specials.

Sentai Filmworks adds Amagami SS, MM! TV Anime (updated)

The licensee of the North American anime Sentai Filmworks announced in its Anime Central panel Saturday that acquired the Amagami SS and MM! series of anime TV to launch this month of September.

Starz Media father bidding in Barnes & Noble bookstores

New DLE Flash TV Anime Chara Uta premiere in may

The Japanese company DLE (do Eagle Talon, Yuruani?) announced Tuesday that its new Flash animation series original, Chara Uta (song of nature), will begin airing on May 22. The first arc of history in the new series is titled Gohan Pap Kaiju (Monster rice Pap): "pap" is the Korean word "rice". Other characters representing the curry, a plum in a marinade, natto (fermented soybeans) and an egg appear in the series. The second story arc is titled echo Chara.

Chara Uta will be broadcast simultaneously on three different television stations. Junichi Endo is producing the anime.

Ouran High School Host Club gets live-action program

The number of July in Hakusensha's LaLa magazine announced Tuesday that an adaptation of the television series of live action romantic comedy of Bisco Hatori Ouran High School Host Club manga has been given the go-ahead for the month of July. The TBS network series will be Yusuke Yamamoto (Kamen Rider Kabuto, Hana Zakari no Kimi-tachi e) as the Host Club President Tamaki Suo and Haruna Kawaguchi (Yankee-kun Megane-Chan, Moshidora) as the heroine Haruhi Fujioka.

Digital Manga Inc. sells titles in Kobo E-Book platform

Digital Manga Inc. (DMI), the editor of WMD, WMD Platinum, Juné and 801 media tracks, announced on Wednesday that will sell their titles of manga in the service of Kobo books to eBooks. DMI describes Kobo books as e-book platform "a global alternative to the Amazon Kindle".

DMI reported this month that the Amazon Kindle platform had eliminated 801 titles of children/yaoi-love Media and Juné, while also rejected new presentations. Removed titles from DMI are lovers of the weekend, King of the debt, the selfish demon king and The Color of Love. Amazon updates their direct Kindle publication terms and conditions on April 21, and their editorial policies include restrictions on pornography and offensive material.

The books Kobo platform supports Apple iOS devices, Android OS phones and tablets, RIM Blackberry phones and Tablet PC Guide, the phone of Palm Pre, Windows and Mac OS X computers and many ereader devices except for the Amazon Kindle.

In addition to Kindle and Kobo books, DMI offers some eBooks in Barnes and the Noble corner device and its own service of eManga. Akadot retail is holding a sale on any securities suspended in a pack of package through May 27.

Anime adaptation of blood Lad vampire comedy Manga listed (updated)

Comic-Con International to the creator of Host Domo-kun Tsuneo Goda

Yu Yu Hakusho: Season One Box Set

Fourteen-year-old Yusuke Urameshi, the hero of the fantasy-adventure Yu Yu Hakusho, brags about being the toughest kid in Sarayashki Junior High: He lives to fight, especially with his rival Kuwabara. Toei encourages new All-Stars Precure short 3D Theatre

Toei Animation Japan announced on Wednesday that is producing 3D Theatre Precure All-Stars, a new 3D dance short that it will start the detection events and theatres 3D stereoscopic around the end of July. Pirates Isshoni training App Android infected by Virus (updated)

4Kids files to avoid Yu-Gi-Oh! License Zexal

The American media distributor 4Kids, which is filing for bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York, filed a motion Friday requesting that the judge in the case of bankruptcy, Shelley C. Chapman, issue an order to stay (suspend) co-licensor Asatsu DK (ADK) attempts to exert control over Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise in the United States.
