New Noitamina series announced

According to Japan's Newtype magazine results in death note & high school of the dead of Director Araki Tetsuro the animators of the production I.G on the development of the science fiction anime series guilty Crown. The series revolves around a young man with the extracted psychic ability, weapons and tools from human bodies, who decides to join a guerrilla resistance against the private companies that governs Japan in 2039, ten years after devastating viruses country decimated.
