Anime Expo (AX) announced on Thursday that will not be secondary seat of the dead and Toaru Majutsu singer Maon Kurosaki index II, creator of the manga Kimagure Orange Road Izumi Matsumoto and creator of comic strip of Megatokyo Fred Gallagher during his event of 1 - 4 July in Los Angeles.
Kurosaki recently rose to fame after performing in Tokyo Akihabara otaku shopping area. His performance of "Magic World," the theme of Toaru Majutsu no index II, debuted in the top 20 of the weekly Oricon charts. Kurosaki held his debut concert in United States on July 3 on the stage at Club Nokia. She will also be available for a meeting-and-greet/signing autographs and a panel of AX approach.
Romantic comedy of Matsumoto Kimagure Orange Road manga ran in the magazine weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1984 to 1987, and inspired two films, a series of anime TV and several volumes of original video anime. The story focuses on a love triangle between the protagonist Kyosuke and his two friends Madoka and Hikaru.
Megatokyo which has been running since 2008. The comic has been released in six graphic novels for Dark Horse Comics. The main characters, Largo and Piro, regularly parody anime tropes in trying to return to the United States of Japan.
