Yamato is # 1 BD of Japanese Live-Action film to date

Adaptation of film from Takashi Yamazaki of the Space Battleship Yamato space opera anime sold 24,985 units during the week of 20 to 26 June to become the best-selling national in Japan Blu-ray Disc movie to date. He also moved 56,090 DVD since officially went on sale in video on June 24.

The film received 943 million yen (about $ 11.4 million) in its first five days in the Japanese box office last December.

Member of the band's 38-year-old SMAP Takuya Kimura (of Howl howl's moving Castle) headlines this film based on the classic anime, which was adapted as Star Blazers in English. The other cast members include Meisa Kuroki (Vexille - Vexille 2077 isolation of Japan, crows zero Luca), Toshiro Yanagiba, and Tsutomu Yamazaki. Takashi Yamazaki helmsman Returner, always: sunset Sun at third street and Ballad of the last year, before heading for Yamato. Lead singer Steven Tyler of Aerosmith wrote and sang the song of the movie, "Love life".

Video release Blu-ray extras include a making video of followed by Kimura, footage of the greetings of the day of the opening by the staff and cast and a debate between Kimura and director.

Japanese Theatre in the chain to show Hōkago no Video Pleiades

United cinemas in Japanese movie theaters chain announced that it is not collaborating with Subaru and Gainax to show a "way to film" based on the Hokago anime Pléyades from June 4 to July 1.

California AM2 scandal band Japanese Host

The Convention of the Japanese pop culture AM2 announced on Friday that will host the Japanese band scandal as musical guests of Honor in his event from July 1-3 in the Convention Center in California.

Reshiram is a white-colored, bipedal Pokémon of indefinable but seemingly draconian basis, with some of the avian features of feathers. Reshiram's snout is mammalian in appearance, most resembling something vulpine or even canine.
