Mamoru Yokota FanimeCon Hosts Rune soldier in California

FanimeCon announced illustrator Rune soldier Louie Mamoru Yokota will return to the Convention of 27 to 30 may in San Jose, California for the second consecutive year.

Yokota provided the illustrations for the light novels Rune soldier Louie and then later had provided the designs of characters for the anime adaptation. His art in the game of adults magical Canan became the inspiration for the design of the characters in the anime series magical Canan video and television anime.

Yokota also worked as a producer of the film of air and Kanon Toei Animation television series and worked as an animation director for the Death Note TV series. He helped oversee the production of the Macross Frontier television series and opened a key animator in Macross Frontier animated.

Yokota has provided illustrations for two adaptations of video games in Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, as well as the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekidou and Suzumiya Haruhi no Chokuretsu video games.

FanimeCon also will host voice actor and singer Yuya Matsushita, designer of Evangelion Petit Ryusuke Hamamoto, Trigun designer Takahiro Yoshimatsu, director of Fullmetal Alchemist/Gundam 00 Seiji Mizushima, Japanese pop flow band, voice Tohru Furuyaanimator Fumio Iida (SUEZEN) and Japan X co-founder Yoshiki. Frequent guests Hiroyuki Yamaga (co-founder of Gainax) and Halko Momoi (actroess and singer voice) will also return this year's Convention.

FanimeCon of California to Host artist Gainax Suezen (updated)

The FanimeCon anime Convention announced on Monday that will host animator Gainax Fumio Iida, also known as SUEZEN, as guest of honour in his event from May 27-30 in San Jose, California. IIDA has worked as an animator for Tatsunoko, Japan of Walt Disney and 20th Century Fox, as well as Gainax, where he worked as a key animator or animation director on titles like Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance and the wings of Honneamise. It has also created several series of manga under the name of SUEZEN, including the series Yadamon, which anime studio group TAC adapted to an anime series in 1992.

Fanime also announced it will hold a special event to raise funds for the victims of Japan March 11 disasters Higashi Nihon plain (great earthquake of Eastern Japan), as well as the announcement of the three charities that will benefit from the annual auction of charity of the Convention: the community in support of cancer, the Red Cross of Silicon Valley and the APA in San Francisco.

According to the announcement, Iida participate in panels of Gainax and autograph sessions during the Convention. FanimeCon also will host voice actor and singer Yuya Matsushita, designer of Evangelion Petit Ryusuke Hamamoto, Trigun designer Takahiro Yoshimatsu, Fullmetal Alchemist/Gundam 00 director Seiji Mizushima, Japanese pop band flow and voice Tohru Furuya. Fanime Hosts Hiroyuki Yamaga from California, Halko Momoi

The FanimeCon anime Convention announced on Tuesday that host co-founder of Studio Gainax Hiroyuki Yamaga and voice actress and singer Halko Momoi on your event on May 27-30 in San Jose, California. Yamaga has visited the Convention each year since 1997. He wrote and directed the first film of Gainax, the wings of Honneamise (Royal space force) and has participated in almost every Gainax anime since then, including Gunbuster, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Mahoromatic - automatic Maiden. He also wrote the Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: war in the series of video anime Pocket Sunrise. He recently developed the franchise of anime Gurren Lagann and he produced the Shikabane Hime: aka the television series.

Momoi has played roles in more than 30 anime, including Steins;Feiris Nyannyan door, Chika Minazuki of Ai Yori Aoshi, my girlfriend is San Seto a siren, tales of anise Tatlin the abyss and Komugi Nakahara in Nurse Witch Komugi. Momoi sang and wrote songs for the duo Under17 for such anime as Genshiken and DearS. Since then he has performed solo and appeared on the soundtrack for D.C. ~ Da Capo ~ and school days. Momoi is also a journalist, a composer and music producer who founded the label records Akihaba Love Records. Momoi became famous through his diary online and street performances in Tokyo Akihabara otaku shopping district.

Momoi had previousy appeared at FanimeCon in 2009 and 2010.

California AM2 scandal band Japanese Host

The Convention of the Japanese pop culture AM2 announced on Friday that will host the Japanese band scandal as musical guests of Honor in his event from July 1-3 in the Convention Center in California.

California to Host Visual Kei band Sadie AM2

The Convention of the Japanese pop culture AM2 announced on Friday that will host the visual kei Japanese band music Sadie as guests of the official event of honour in his event from July 1-3 in the Convention Center in California. Fanime of California for Trigun Host of designer Takahiro Yoshimatsu

The FanimeCon anime Convention announced on Friday that Takahiro Yoshimatsu character designer and animator will appear as a guest of honour at the event from 27 to 30 may in San Jose, California.

Yoshimatsu has worked as a key animator or animation director on numerous titles, including Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Black Cat. Also designed the characters of the television of Trigun and the Trigun series: film Rumble Badlands, hunting several and projects future GPX Cyber Formula, Les Misérables - Shoujo Cosette, Basquash!, show the Super Milk-chan, Kiba, Desert Punk, Shingu: secret to stellar warsNinja Scroll TV series and the two soundtrack-chan - secret of the lovely patch television series.

Yoshimatsu will make its debut as a director with Gonzo Nyanpire animation television anime. Yoshimatsu is also creating manga using the pseudonym of "Algo yoshimatsu" (samushingu yoshimatsu).

Kintoki-with Hosts Ryu bike California, a coffee Teruki
